POSSIBLE FBI COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION. RECEIVED THE NOTICE TODAY REGARDING THE CONSUMPTION OF A MEAL AT THIS FACILITY AND THEN COMPLAINANT FELT ILL AFTERWARD.
FOOD CONSUMED CONSISTED OF THE CHOW MEIN, ORANGE CHICKEN, THE SWEET FIRE CHICKEN AND A COKE. SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER ONSITE AND WE DISCUSSED THE FOLLOWING: -EMPLOYEE ILLNESS WITHIN THE LAST WEEK -CHANGES IN FOOD RECIPES OR FOOD ORDERING SOURCES -ISSUES WITH TEMPERATURE CONTROL -INJURING RESULTING IN OPEN CUTS OR WOUNDS ON ANY EMPLOYEE'S ARMS OR HANDS. -OTHER COMPLAINTS REGARDING SIMILAR CONCERNS MANAGER STATED THAT MORE THAN A WEEK AGO THEY DID HAVE SOME CALL OFFS, BUT IT WAS NOTHING RELATED TO ILLNESS. THERE WERE NOT OTHER CHANGES OR NOTES MENTIONED IN THE DISCUSSION. NO OTHER ISSUES WERE NOTED AT THIS TIME. |
